Our conference theme for 2016 is Disruption, Agility and Resilience
The conference is designed to give attendees the inspiration and skills needed to effectively lead in a dynamic and evolving landscape. Technological, environmental and social disruption has wide spread implications for local government.
The conference will include:
- What innovation and agility is required to respond to these changes
- Ways for maintaining resilience in leadership
- Exploring the cultural and economic aspects of women in the public sector leadership
- Hands on workshops with key tools to implement within your personal and professional life
